Sadhana: 90' of Depth
Sadhana 90’ is an extended practice designed to give you time and space to go deeper into your body, breath, and awareness. With a summer-inspired theme, the class explores the expansive and energizing qualities of the season while maintaining balance and sustainability.

Women's Cirlce
Within Her: The Space to Return
“Within Her” is a women’s circle designed as a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and listen to the emotional, intuitive, and creative energy within.
This workshop brings awareness to the lower belly, a center associated with emotion, creativity, and receptivity. Through breath, scent, touch, and sound, you will be guided to reconnect with and care for your body in a gentle and supportive way.

To celebrate International Yoga Day, Yoga Lab Hanoi invites you to a community practice of 72 Sun Salutations. This session is designed to create connection through movement, breath, and shared presence.
The structure is simple and accessible, allowing participants to move together while still honoring their individual pace and capacity. This is not a physical challenge, but a form of repetitive moving meditation.

120-min Master Class
Wall Assisted Beginner Handstands
This Master Class is designed for those who want to begin or rebuild a safe and strong foundation for their handstand practice. Rather than focusing on achieving the pose, the class emphasizes body awareness, control, and strength development for a sustainable practice.
Using the wall as support, you will gradually become familiar with being upside down while reducing fear and unnecessary tension.
