In this special class, you'll learn how to combine strength and flexibility of the spine to move into poses such as Chinstand, Chest-stand, and Scorpion (Vrischikasana).
Pre-requisition: partcipants should be able to do wheel pose.
This class is designed to help you:
- Build shoulder and core strength
- Improve balance and body awareness
- Safely progress into deep backbends
- Master the technique for a strong, graceful Scorpion Pose
Whether you're working on your forearm balance or looking to deepen your backbends, this class will give you the tools to safely unlock your Scorpion potential.
