Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic and creative practice that gracefully links breath with movement. Our Vinyasa Flow classes feature continuous sequences designed to build heat, cultivate strength, and enhance flexibility. Expect intelligent sequencing, mindful transitions, and an invigorating experience that leaves you feeling empowered and centered. We often incorporate functional movement principles to deepen your practice and improve overall body awareness.

​Yin Yoga  

A deeply meditative and restorative practice where poses are held for extended durations (typically 3-5 minutes). Yin Yoga gently targets the deep connective tissues—ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia—promoting profound release and increased joint mobility. This practice offers a perfect counterbalance to more active styles of yoga and daily life.

Beginner Friendly Yoga

Our Beginner-Friendly classes introduce fundamental postures, essential breathing techniques, and mindful movement in a clear, supportive, and accessible way. The pace is gentle, and instructors provide detailed guidance with modifications to accommodate all bodies. Build confidence, improve mobility, and establish a solid base for your personal practice in a nurturing environment.

Hatha Yoga

A foundational practice rooted in traditional yoga principles, Hatha Yoga emphasizes conscious movement, sustained postures (asanas), and precise alignment, with a strong focus on breath control (pranayama). Classes are typically slower-paced, allowing ample time to explore each posture, understand its mechanics, and deepen body awareness.

Great class and lovely space! They provide mats and hand towels. The power vinyasa class was a great flow, both challenging and stretchy. Taught in English and Vietnamese. Easy to buy a drop in class and book online.

Really nice, cosy studio. All of the instructors are kind and helpful to instruct in English as well as Vietnamese. Nice, clean mats and props provided. Try sound healing too! Highly recommend! ☺️🙏
