Vinyasa Yoga
Classes focuses on movement, increasing the strength and flexibility of each muscle group in the body through flow (sequences) of movements.
Besides traditional yoga movements, class is often combined with Functional Movement and Pilates exercises to increase range of motion and benefits to the students.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is often known as a gentle, relaxing way to practice yoga, that does not involve complex movements. Yin yoga helps practitioners proactively massage the muscles from the inside out. You slowly learn to consciously relax the body and ease the mind while holding and going deeper into one posture.
Yin Yoga is suitable for all ages and genders, because of its stability, gentleness, slowness and effectiveness.

Beginner Yoga
Beginner Yoga at Yoga Lab Hanoi is designed as a welcoming entry point for those who are new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics.
Classes introduce foundational postures, breathing techniques, and mindful movement in a clear, supportive way. The pace is gentle, and teachers offer detailed guidance with options to accommodate all bodies. The focus is on cultivating confidence, mobility, and breath awareness — building a solid base for students to grow their personal practice from.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is rooted in traditional yoga principles with a focus on conscious movement, breath, and alignment.
Classes are slower-paced compared to Vinyasa, allowing time to settle into each posture and understand the foundational mechanics of the body. This style is ideal for those who want to deepen body awareness, build strength gently, and reconnect with breath and stillness. Hatha Yoga also includes breathing techniques (pranayama) and short meditative pauses throughout the practice.

Sound Bath & Meditation
Tibetan Singing bowls are one of the most powerful instruments for healing. It is also used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, relieving joint, muscle and shoulder pain, improving circulation, releasing tension or congestion, clearing energy flow, eliminates toxins from the body.
We invite you to join the weekly Tibetan Singing Bowls meditation sessions combined with breathwork held at Yoga Lab Hanoi.

Master Class
