There are moments when we become so focused on the world around us that we forget to listen to what is happening within.
This workshop is a gentle healing circle created as a space to slow down — to reconnect with the body, emotions, and inner self through breath, scent, and sound.
Together, we will explore:

Rather than a workshop about learning essential oils or healing techniques, this is an invitation into personal experience and inner awareness.
Through scent, sound, and mindful presence, we allow memories, emotions, and intuition to gently surface — creating space to listen to what within is asking to be felt, held, or acknowledged.
No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are, with a willingness to slow down and be present.
