Arm Balance Journey
Bakasana → Firefly → Tripod Headstand
This Master Class is designed as a progression through three key postures: Bakasana → Firefly → Tripod Headstand
Step by step, you will learn how to transfer weight, activate the core, and create enough space in the hips to make arm balances feel lighter and more stable.
In this session we will focus on:

Weight shifting and balance on the hands

Hip mobility and compression strength

Core and shoulder stability for inversions

Safe transition from arm balance to headstand
With a longer format, you will have time to warm up properly, break down the technique, and explore variations that are not always possible in regular classes.
Suitable for intermediate practitioners or anyone working toward more confidence in arm balances and inversions.
