A Women's Cirlce
“Within Her” is a women’s circle designed as a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and listen to the emotional, intuitive, and creative energy within.
This workshop brings awareness to the lower belly — a center associated with emotion, creativity, and receptivity. Through breath, scent, touch, and sound, you will be guided to reconnect with and care for your body in a gentle and supportive way.
In this session, you will experience:

Guided meditation focused on the lower belly
