Special 120-minute masterclass dedicated to backbends and inversions — a practice that blends strength, technique, courage and openness.

Backbends are not only about spinal flexibility. They invite us to expand the front body, open the chest, and step beyond familiar boundaries.


Inversions are more than turning upside down. They teach us to shift perspective, cultivate inner stability, and remain grounded even when everything feels reversed.
