Tháng 5 này, Master Class sẽ tập trung vào sự kết hợp giữa độ mở hông, sức mạnh cốt lõi và kỹ năng thăng bằng trên tay. Một buổi thực hành dành cho những ai muốn phát triển cả tính linh hoạt lẫn khả năng kiểm soát cơ thể thông qua các chuyển động có chiều sâu và thử thách.

Chuỗi thực hành sẽ đi qua các tư thế: La bàn, Vòi voi, EPK II và Chin Stand, với trọng tâm chính là chuyển tiếp từ Vòi voi → EPK II. Đây là cơ hội để hiểu rõ kỹ thuật vào thế, cách tạo lực nâng, giữ ổn định và di chuyển với sự chính xác.

 

Đối với học viên đã có kinh nghiệm vững hơn, lớp học sẽ mở rộng thành chuỗi dài hơn, kết nối các tư thế trên trong một flow nâng cao. Phù hợp với học viên đã có nền tảng yoga cơ bản tốt trở lên, yêu thích thử thách và muốn nâng cấp khả năng thực hành.

This month’s Master Class explores the synergy of hip mobility, core strength, and arm balancing skills. A practice designed for those who want to develop both flexibility and body control through intelligent and challenging movement.

We will work through Compass Pose, Elephant Trunk, EPK II, and Chin Stand, with the main focus on transitioning from Elephant Trunk → EPK II. This is an opportunity to understand the technique behind entry, lift, stability, and precision in movement.

 

For more experienced students, the class will expand into a longer advanced flow, linking all poses together in an inspiring sequence.

Suitable for students with a solid yoga foundation who enjoy challenges and want to elevate their practice.

Great class and lovely space! They provide mats and hand towels. The power vinyasa class was a great flow, both challenging and stretchy. Taught in English and Vietnamese.
