What if your yoga practice didn't end with savasana?
Sunday Recovery Club is a new monthly wellness experience where movement is followed by intentional recovery.
Each session explores a different theme through guided yoga, breathwork, and a curated recovery journey featuring sauna, cold plunge and mindful moments to reset both body and mind.

A first-of-its-kind experience in Hanoi, thoughtfully created by Yoga Lab Hanoi and Reset Hub. Limited to 8 participants to ensure an intimate and guided experience.
